First off, the pricing is very reasonable for this city. Pricing seems high for such a small town. But they have the market cornered if you are traveling down Interstate 90. There really is no other town in close proximity along that freeway. That being said, for an Executive Suite it was extremely reasonable, and noticeably less than another hotel I frequent in Moses Lake.
The front desk is tops. Starting with the staff. I found all staff working the front desk to be very professional and extremely willing to assist me in any needs I had, whether it was a housekeeping request or standing outside my room and my key card not working (the front desk person stopped her work and walked a card up to me at the far end of the hotel, second floor – VERY impressive! And she asked about it when I checked out the following day). The lobby is very spacious, new looking, and very nicely decorated as far as the granite counter and the stone masonry accents inside where they have an inviting fireplace for those cold days when you come in from outside.
The rooms are very well maintained. I like this particular hotel because every room not only has a mini refrigerator, but it has a real “freezer” compartment. I have a torn achilles and have to carry medical ice with me, so at this property I can keep it cold to put on my leg, as well as on my back when it gets sore. All rooms also have a DVD player. Not a BluRay player, but I can bring movies from home and watch them, and that to me is a big plus. All housekeeping was without fault and very thorough, and I talked to a couple of housekeeping staff and they were very friendly and professional and very courteous. I really appreciate what they do for me!
The Excecutive Suite had a 50 inch flat screen TV and it was very quiet. No complaints about noise at all. Parking is convenient and ample.
First of all, if you’re looking to stay here, know that the hotel fills up quickly, so book at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We got a great rate going directly through the hotel’s website (about $15 cheaper than the Priceline deal shown on TripAdvisor) and booked a king room.
The hotel is in a great location right off both I-90 and Highway 17. It’s very close to fast food and family restaurants and if you take HW 17 straight to Pioneer you’ll get to the downtown and shopping areas of town directly.
I really liked that the sidewalk is at the same level as the parking lot – no curb to drag your suitcase over (a small thing to some people but a great help to others).
The lobby area is beautiful, well furnished and comfortable, with a business center in one corner, a fireplace and seating in another area, and a dining room where the continental breakfast is served (more on this later). The hotel rooms also are modern and stylishly decorated, every bit as nice as the pictures look.
When checking in, the desk clerk told us about all the amenities the hotel offers: in addition to the business center and breakfast they have free wifi (no password but there is a sign in page); a laundry room; a fitness room; coffee, tea, and cocoa available 24/7; and they put out cookies at the front desk at 5 (nice touch).
Pros of the room: Our room was very spacious, with plenty of room for us to spread out and unpack our stuff. The beds are soft and comfortable (didn’t check what brand of mattress), there are tons of pillows ranging from soft to firm. The blankets are lightweight but there is an additional blanket on each bed. There is also bedding available for the sofa bed if you use that. The towels are soft, if not plush, and there is a tub mat for the bathtub as well as a bath rug (again, a small thing for some people but really important for anyone who worries about slipping in the tub).
Breakfast was excellent, including a wide range of choices: cereal, yogurt, fruit, a large variety of muffins and pastries, ham, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. Additionally, they happened to have traditional east Asian breakfast options as well (rice, soup, noodles, etc.) due to a Japanese corporation staying with them. I think it speaks very highly of the hotel management that they would accommodate their guests in that way.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
The Inn has a great staff, they make my stay every time feel like I am a preferred customer. The management is top notch, the chef, she is top notch, the cleaning staff again top notch. Even working within a 50 mile radius, I will stay there over and over. I’m on the road about 200 days a year, and this is my favorite place to stay. I Thank The People at the Inn at Moses Lake
The hotel is very nice and the staff is lovely. The really nice lady working the desk who checked us in on Friday morning called me “by name” on Saturday. WOW!
Our room was not in the new addition but was very nice inside and very comfortable.
I priced the other nearby (same parking lot) hotels and saved at the least $30.00 by staying at the Inn at Moses Lake. I have stay at the hotels on both sides and this room was every bit as good!
Nice, clean hotel, with very friendly staff. Great breakfast with unique selections (rice, yaki soba noodles, miso soup) due to large Japanese clientele! Convienently located close to freeway (therefore a bit of freeway noise).
The hotel was so easy to find. Traveling to Moses Lake was my first time, so the accessibility off the interstate was wonderful. Upon my arrival, Nathan, was so friendly and helpful. I think he provided 5-star service! His recommendations for eateries were wonderful! I loved how they provided coffee or hot water for tea 24-hours. The breakfast variety was small and great!
The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and nice. The bed was quiet comfortable. I would recommend and definitely stay there again. It is convenient to the freeway and is easy to find.
Enjoyed an overnight stay with the family and found the Inn at Moses Lake clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots it choices. The Inn doesn’t have a pool, but we all enjoyed our stay anyway.
Stayed there for one night, really enjoyed it. Hotel is conveniently located close to I-90, close to major highways. The place was nice and clean, well updated. More than usual breakfast selections, loved the grand entrance and pleasant staff.
I’m in Moses Lake regularly for business and just tried the Inn for the first time after the remodel. A huge improvement! The room was neat and tidy as was the rest of the property. Overall it was a great experience. Will be staying there again.
The Inn at Moses lake has rated five in my book it’s a top-rate hotel in Moses Lake with excellent staff the food is awesome the people behind the counter or great the rooms are clean the location we can’t beat everything about this place is awesome and I will stay here every time I work within a 50-mile radius
The staff were so helpful, friendly. Room was tidy clean. Everything was nicely maintained. It’s located close to some food, and general stores. convenient. Highly recommend this place. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise.
Excellent Service and Room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The desk clerk went out of her way to offer help on several occasions when she saw me juggling several items at once. The housekeeper was happy and friendly. Our suite was clean and comfortable and very well maintained. We had a full size stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, in room coffee, sofa, bed. No view, but that was okay by us. Hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, Canadian bacon, biscuits and gravy, as well as all the usual assorted pastries and cereals. Very clean and well done. I would highly recommend this hotel.
More than what we expected. Great room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast options not just continental sausage scrambled eggs biscuits & gravy and waffles, breakfast was served from 6 to 10, at 9 there was still hot food and plenty, friendly staff. Our only disappointment was that we were not staying longer.
Quiet and Restful Visit. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. They offer military rate discount which was greatly appreciated. We will stop there again on our next travels.
Pleasant Rooms and Exceptional Customer Service. This was my third annual stay. Last year the hotel had just finished a new addition though I stayed in the refurbished older section. The same was true this year. (I had not specified or requested new or old area.) The rooms are very pleasant, bathroom is very clean, air conditioning functioned as it should, carpets were clean and in good condition. I did have a malfunctioning bedside lamp, so I informed the front desk and it was fixed right away. Breakfast is a good meal, varied choices are nicely presented, and the breakfast room is lovely, spacious, and clean. Although there is no pool, there is a nice exercise room (not smelly!) and laundry facilities are available. The staff is truly exceptional – very friendly and helpful. They even found a place in the hotel where we could play our fiddles. Thanks Tim, Nathan, and other staff members
“Wish we had more time here.” We only spent one night here as it was a break and rest point for a longer trip. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to return when we can fully enjoy the area. Our stay was enjoyable from the minute we walked in the door. Jonathan (I hope I’m not totally wrong in my memory of the name of the gentleman manning the front desk) was one of the most personable people we’ve ever met at the front desk of any motel (and we travel quite frequently). We explained that at the time we booked our room we were told a queen single couldn’t be confirmed so we were booked into a queen double. Since there was just 2 of us, we really didn’t want the extra bed in the room. So, he checked the available rooms and since there wasn’t a single queen, he offered us a king room. It was located in the back section of the motel. It was located in the ‘older’ section of the motel – right at the junction where the newer section was built – but I thought it was NEW. It had fresh paint, the walls had the added finished look that was accomplished with crown molding (wasn’t expecting that!! 🙂 … The bathroom was a little on the small size but it was more than adequate since the large vanity and sink was outside the bathroom door. The bathroom and the entire room was sparkling! Kudos to housekeeping!!. The breakfast wasn’t as fancy as some we’ve had, but it was enjoyable as the pastries, breads and other time sensitive items were absolutely fresh. There were 2 waffle makers so you could make your waffles fresh. There were adequate items on the breakfast bar along with fresh fruit. The orange juice was out of this world! Some of the sweetest we’ve ever had. If you are noise sensitive ask for a room in the back of the “L” which also includes the newer section. You will have absolute quiet there. My husband has very acute hearing and oft-times noise outside the room prevents him from sleeping soundly. Not so here! It was so quiet we heard NOTHING outside the room once we closed the door. There are a few fast food places close enough to walk to (Arby’s, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.) It is NOT on the lake but nothing in Moses Lake is very far from it. Easy ingress and egress to and from the interstate. Stay here. You’ll be glad you did.
“Great Place.” The front desk staff were so incredibly friendly! I was quite impressed at how important they made me feel the second I walked in the door. The housekeeping staff was also very very friendly. Hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located.
“So Great.” I booked 8 rooms for myself and colleagues last week. The customer service was awesome!
I always dread the check in process on our jobs, which usually takes forever at the end of a long day when I’ve got 7 tired and hungry crew members on my hands. The front desk had all our rooms assigned on arrival. I even accidentally made a double booking but they had gone through the reservations and set it aside having realized my likely error. SO GREAT!
Rooms were very clean and well stocked. I was unbelievably tired each night, but slept like a baby. Loved the pillow selection. 3rd hotel we’ve stayed at in Moses. So happy to have finally found a favorite!
Great Place! Great location, right off I-90, plenty of restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, all within walking distance. Room was very clean, large, and updated. Pleasant front desk staff and great free breakfast. Would definitely stay at this Inn again.
A Wonderful Stay at a Nice Hotel. We were looking for nice place to stay for one night, and because of the good reviews, we chose Inn At Moses Lake. From the moment that we arrived, we were treated like honored guests. Nathan was ready to assign our room and to let us know if we had ANY problems, with AC, neighbors, anything to please let him know. Now that is an unusual check in. Wonderful customer service. Our room was beautiful with two much desired items, a super comfortable bed and a 6′ bathtub! Not some tiny cheap tub, but a stretch out and relax tub. A very nice room, and breakfast
My First Choice. I used to work the front desk of a hotel and so am probably more picky than the average person. I also travel for my job and so am concerned about getting a room that is quiet and comfortable. I was impressed with the front desk service (Louie) because when I specifically asked for a room that met all my requirements, he responded with a ‘I can do this for you’ attitude. The rooms are clean and smell great and they have that higher level quality in the beds and linens…I appreciate that. The morning breakfast had enough variety of healthy foods that I was actually able to eat. The ultimate test is when there is a problem – and there was a need for me to change rooms – it was done with grace and concern for me.
“Amazing Hospitality.” This hotel & their staff have been nothing but amazing to my friends & I. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it is clean, spacious, & staffed with wonderful people. On our last day here my car had broken down. We were not able to start it & even if we tried to jump start it it would shut off as soon as we tried to take it out of park. My boyfriend went inside to get us water while we wait for AAA & ended up chatting with Cristina about our dilemma. Who then called her boyfriend, Tim, who helped us figure out what is wrong with the car. He even charged our battery for us while we waited for help inside the lobby. I’m so amazed at how helpful these people were. They let us wait here inside the AC lobby rather than in the 100 degree weather for the 4 hours it took for AAA to come. Thank you so much Cristina & Tim for helping us as much as you did! We appreciate it so much!
Best Stay Ever! The best hotel I’ve stayed at! Perfect service and hot and nice breakfast. Good front desk and fast internet, and nice and quality rooms. Clean and well prepared just for you!. Fitness room including treadmill, and etc. and I enjoyed my stay with nice people
Wonderful stay. A wonderful place to stay. Probably the quietest room we have ever stayed in,even though it looked out onto I90. Wonderful customer service from Nathan, Louie, and a delightful redhead that I didn’t get her name. My softball playing granddaughter said breakfast was really good. We will stay there again for certain.
Nice Spot. Very clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. The Inn is relatively new and well located very close to the interstate. There are several places to eat within walking distance which is very convenient.
Warm, Welcoming and Friendly! This hotel was a great experience from the time we walked in the front door til we left. Friendly, competent, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, clean, large room with plenty of space for luggage, large bathroom (what a treat THAT is!) easily accommodating two people’s personal effects. The staff spoke to us as we went back and forth, always seemingly interested in making sure we were having a good time. I felt the price of the room was excellent for what we got. There was plenty of close-by parking. There’s coffee available in the dining area all day, and the lounge area is inviting and comfortable.
Amazing! We could not have asked for a better stay! We booked a room with two queen beds. It had a full kitchen and the beds were amazing. We had two adults. Two seven year olds and a toddler. There was plenty of room to set up a pack and play. The room was clean, the front desk was very helpful
Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Full kitchen amenities in the room. It was clean, quiet, and and a warm atmosphere. Full breakfast was available as well. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have to leave to another town for work and they allowed me until 6:00 in the evening to let them know if I would have to cancel or not, and I didn’t have to worry about paying for the room if I cancelled that late in the day.
I travel to the Moses Lake area several times a season to fish tournaments and for fun. I’ve found the Inn to be the best option for me. Great parking with access to outside power for charging the boat batteries. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly, helpful staff and a good early morning breakfast with easy freeway access. I’ve had to stay at a few other sites, when I forgot to reserve a room at the Inn……and have been disappointed. The Inn is the first choice for my Moses Lake and Potholes reservoir fishing weekends.
Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable, wonderful breakfast served daily by great staff. Our room was quiet and very clean. I enjoyed the friendly greetings and smiles from the staff, coming and going each day.
Booking was made easy, complimentary upgrade to the new wing. Rooms were clean and bed’s were comfy. The staff was friendly and courteous. Check in was super easy, rooms were reasonably priced. We would stay again if we come through town
For the price you cannot beat this hotel. Breakfast was above average with three choices of meat. The standard room has a Keurig coffee maker above-average soaps and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Awesome Stay! This hotel was excellent. I absolutely read all the reviews I can when I stay at a hotel and rarely leave one…unless the hotel was amazing…and this one is. MY wife and I travel a lot and this has been one of the best motels for the money. Are there higher end hotels…yes…but for the money this one is AMAZING! Very clean, BIG room (king size bed with full couch, super clean, just really nice)
We had a wonderful room with a kitchenette. The room was very clean and modern.
The cost for having a kitchen was minimal. We would definitely stay there again!
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed having access to a newspaper. We went for an evening walk. Great place to walk as there are sidewalks so it is safe.
Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Reasonable price. Spent two nights while attending the Sandhill Crane Festival 30 minutes away in Othello. Easy access to some nice outdoor options in this area of WA.
Great Stay. Pleasant, quiet rooms that looked like they had been newly remodeled. Our room had a full kitchen, which was great for the in room meals we prepared a couple of nights. All the staff was very nice! Good selection of breakfast foods from eggs & sausage to Belgium waffles.
Even Better This Year. The rooms in their new wing are beautiful and the staff were all great to work with.
The continental breakfast was pretty standard (how much can you do with heat-and-serve food) but the breakfast room is spacious and pleasant.
We were so pleased that they again provided a competitive rate for the bridge tournament players so we could stay here instead of having to go to one of the lesser places in town.
Room Tip: Even backed-up to the freeway, our room was silent.
Friendly and Attentive Staff. Nathan was friendly and welcoming. He gave us a choice of floors we wanted to stay on. We got an executive suite with a kitchen and full size refrigerator, which was very comfortable and clean. For about $20 more than a standard room, it seemed will worth the extra money.
Staff at breakfast were attentive. Front desk staff noticed I needed water for our 1 year old son and came out behind the desk to bring us some.
The staff and the room made or a great one day getaway.
WOW we stayed here on our trip back from Las Vegas, and the Staff were so friendly, and helpful. We were upgraded to a kitchen unit, and it was a beautiful room. Clean nd quiet. The breakfast was incredible too. Fresh make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, decaf coffee, hot water, and that is all I can remember. Beverages were available 24 hours a day. Well worth the money.
My wife and I were driving across the state to take care of a tree branch that pierced our vacation cabin. We drove to Moses Lake to stay the night. The room was great. It was clean and well appointed. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good and hot. The coffee was great. We were going to stop at Starbucks and decided to take a cup of their coffee with us instead! We will stay there again in the future.
“Back to the Place we Know.” Stayed here two years ago. Last year could not stay here as renovations and an expansion were in progress. That work is done and the expansion which includes a breakfast room adds to the overall value. Breakfast includes eggs, ham, biscuits, gravy and all the normal cereals and breads one would expect. A great way to start off the day. We received the same excellent service as 2 years ago including the same room which is convenient to having a small dog – easy access outside.
“Great Room and Service.” We were pleasantly surprised. Our room had a full size stove and fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. Room seemed really new. Nice free breakfast and newspaper. Nice lobby. Would stay here for sure on my next trip.
“Great Place to Stay.” Our room was very clean, it was a pet friendly room and it didn’t smell, and lots of space for our dog. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was nice, lots of towels. And the free breakfast was really good with several choices including waffles, coffee nice and hot and several choices of coffee.
Awesome! After our experience with another hotel in town, my fiance and I went to The Inn at Moses Lake. Nice, clean, and the clerk made our limited $’s work!! 🙂 Two of our grandsons were spending the night with us. We had a big room, all the amenities except an indoor pool, but we could go to The Ramada and swim! Nice!! Enjoyed this motel very much and at a decent price. Thanks for being a great stay!!
What a find in Moses Lake. This review is based on living at this hotel for almost a month for work. The experience was wonderful! Since I was staying for so long I requested a room with the full kitchen (full refrigerator, stove, sink with drain and they even remembered the dish soap). The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch but it was the little things that really impressed me. The coffee table top rose so that I could sit on the couch and eat, the bed was covered in comfy pillows and the toiletries were actually a pretty good quality. It felt as though the owner had also had to live in hotels and designed his to fit frequent travelers. The level of customer service was impeccable and the room was reminiscent of rooms I have stayed at in some 4 star hotels.
Comfortable and Peaceful. This is my second stay with The Inn at Moses Lake. I stayed between 1st July’15 till 27th July. I am still continuing since 19th November’15. The rooms are great with kitchenette , the breakfast is good, located in nice location with all food joints nearby, still peaceful. The whole staff is very good, to name a few Alice.
“A Great Place to Stay!” A beautiful, inviting, spacious lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. An outstanding value. The location is close to a number of restaurants.
“The staff was outstanding, friendly and very helpful.” We have stayed in many other establishments, and this Inn at Moses Lake room was very comfortable, king-size bed, very clean, affordable and the breakfast was great. Again, the staff was so outstanding, that we will always, always look this one up whenever we go through this way.
“A Comfortable Night.” Here are all the things that were comfortable: a quiet night’s sleep, the beds were just right, a clean bathroom, everything we needed or might have needed was in our room and there was nothing to worry about. The air temperature was adjustable. The staff were friendly. When coming through the area, we recommend you stay at the Inn at Moses Lake.
“Quiet and Affordable.” This place was very nice and is very quiet. The room was very clean and very affordable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was ok. I only had the eggs but they were hot and plentiful. This a great location for the traveler it’s right along the 90 but you cannot hear any noise. It’s very near a Starbucks, Carl’s Jr and a Chinese food place but it’s also only a few minutes to many nice restaurants.
This place is very nice. Rooms with kitchenettes, great value for area, newly remodeled rooms. Front desk staff was friendly and humorous and was willing to go the extra mile to start coffee early for us.
“Fantastic Week Stay for Business.” I was attending a very long training every day and really appreciated the quiet clean atmosphere. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7 and there was a Kureg, small fridge, and microwave in my room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would stay here again and recommend this locally run Inn to everyone staying in Moses Lake. Especially, great for business travelers.
“Nice, Clean and Comfortable Stay.” This is a very nice place to stop for a night or two. It is well appointed – very clean; smells clean. Front desk service is very good. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good too. I would recommend it to anyone
“Great Place to Stay!” The Inn at Moses Lake was a great place to stay while traveling. The room was well appointed and very clean and they take pets. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet considering it was next to the interstate. great overall experience…would stay there again. There were restaraunts and gas stations located nearby.
“Weekend Getaway.” The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were larger than most and the bed was very comfy. They offer a complimentary breakfast that includes sausage, ham, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, etc.
“Great Stay!” The room was quiet, cool, and clean. A perfect stop for a good nights sleep at an affordable price. A good breakfast selection too. The older section was nicely renovated. There are a lot of hotels at this location to choose from. I would stay there again when I am in the area.
“Pleasant Surprise!” I rarely check out independent hotels, but this one did not disappoint. Very nice check-in, Great room at a decent price. It was obvious to me that the staff here was very concerned about customer service. I will return if they keep their prices below the major chains, IE, Holiday Inn Express, which is nearby but charges 40 bucks more.
“Second Great Stay at the Inn at Moses Lake.” The Inn at Moses Lake is a very nice, newly expanded clean place to stay with good size rooms and comfortable beds, a wonderful staff, and the best real scrambled eggs we have ever had at a complimentary breakfast.
“Clean, Friendly and Convenient.” I was visiting Moses Lake for the very first time for volunteer work on Saturday and decided to make a weekend out of it since I live in western Washington. I happened to pick this property off of the internet based on pricing and photos.
I was greeted warmly each time I entered the lobby, whether I was coming or going. The gentlemen told me when I checked in, that if I wanted a cup of yogurt or a glass of milk late in the evening, to simply call him at the front desk and that he would make sure it was ready when I arrived (from the breakfast buffet items). I did not take him up on it, but it was a very kind offer for a weary traveler.
Rooms are beautiful and clean. I had a room next to I-90 and found that there wasn’t really much traffic when I was in the room. People let their doors slams when they leave their rooms, which is rude, and you can’t do anything about that. Seattle Times in the lobby if you want one.
The breakfast buffet is better than most, even in some of the worldwide hotel names. Coffee, teas, cocoa, juices, yogurt containers, hard-boiled eggs, cold cereal, milk, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal packets, hot sausage patties and ham, tasty scrambled eggs, country gravy, waffle makers, and a case full of breads and pastries. There was constant refreshing of the hot food, cleaning tables as guests left, and restocking plastic ware and napkins. Included in the price of the room. Nice.
If I have a reason to go to Moses Lake again, this property will be my first choice.
Excellent and a Great Price. The Inn at Moses Lake was a great find on line. The front desk & breakfast staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We plan on staying there again during our next trip to Moses Lake.
Cancelled Reservations at Last Minute. Due to unplanned circumstances, we had to cancel our reservation 3 hours prior to the 6:00PM check-in time. Alice, the manager, graciously canceled our reservation without any hesitation and at no cost to us. She was friendly and helpful. Will plan to stay there in the future!!!
Fantastic Value. This was an exceptionally nice hotel for its price range. Everything was recently refurbished and looked nearly brand new. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was friendly. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and ham. It is very near several restaurants.
Excellent Locally Owned Place. My wife and I stayed here for one night. Nice staff, clean rooms and the accommodated a request to check out a little later. We could tell that the hotel had recently been updated. Bed was very comfortable. Keurig coffee maker in the room! Breakfast was as nice as the majority of the chain hotels.
The staff was very accomodating and helpful. There are several chain fast food restaurants within a hundred yards or so, as well as two gas stations with small stores. The continental breakfast was very well done. Good variety. Gotta love those scrambled eggs and fresh waffles!
Wonderful Stay! Very clean, huge room, super close to everything you would need. Gorge is about 30-35 minutes away. Nice hot breakfast, you get to make your own waffles. Comfy beds, we had a blast. The people at the front desk were very nice.
Great Value – Great Stay. Our (wife and myself) check-in for a two-night (Friday and Saturday) stay was quick and painless; staff pleasant and helpful. We had a nicely-appointed, quiet room with a King-sized bed on the second floor. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable (plus you had a choice of a thin pillow or a thicker pillow). The room had a 32″ flat-screen HDTV, couch, desk and chair, chest of drawers, iron and ironing board, microwave, small refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker with Tully’s Italian roast coffee.
Each morning we ate a free breakfast in their spacious dining area. We ate about 8 a.m. and it was pretty busy, but the staff did a very good job of keeping up with the demand. They serve a full-breakfast with a wide choice of items: scrambled eggs, sausage patties and bacon, fruit, waffles, dry cereal, bagels, muffins and other pastries, biscuits and gravy, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, orange juice, apple juice, water, tea and coffee. It was a very good breakfast.
There was free Wi-Fi, but we didn’t use it. They also have two very nice public-use computers with large screens and a laser printer in the lobby which you can use for free.
This was a great value at the rate we were given. I don’t find myself in Moses Lake very often, but when I go there again I’ll be staying here again. The hotel is located right at an Interstate 90 exit on the east edge of Moses Lake.
There are quite a number of nearby restaurants (most of the fast food variety): Arby’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., Subway, Starbucks, Shari’s, Bob’s Cafe (truck stop) and Dragon Express. If none of those are to your liking, downtown Moses Lake is only a quick and easy drive.
Clean and accommodating. Gracious desk service. Quiet rooms with good amenities. The breakfast room was spacious and the serving hours were good. There is much competition for the travel dollar in that area and this facility stands with the best of them.
Excellent Beds-Hot Breakfast. After the death of a family member, we spent two nights at The Inn At Moses Lake. Although right next to I-90, we heard no freeway noise. Our comfortable king room had a small couch and a full kitchen. The staff was extremely sensitive to our loss. To our surprise, breakfast in the morning provided a variety of choices including eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and pastries. When family members gathered in the lobby, we were offered additional seating so we could talk
Got a room at the rear, very quiet even if I-90 passes close by. My wife and I had had a long drive from Seattle with detours caused by wildfires and were very happy with a no-hassle check-in and a very nice room, much better than expected.
Great Stay, Great Value! In town for on Old Time Fiddlers workshop, we spent 5 nights at the Inn at Moses Lake. The hotel is very close to the highway but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The staff is friendly and helpful and rooms (even in the older wing) are very clean and nicely appointed. The new breakfast room is lovely. We were even encouraged to play music in the lobby and breakfast room! Despite the large new addition in the past year, rates did not increase. Very good value. We’ll stay again next summer!
I stayed at the “Inn at Moses Lake” while attending a 5 day fiddle workshop with my son. We were extremely pleased with accommodation, service and continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was kept fresh and clean every day. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected. The selections included scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, dry cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, fresh fruit( apples, oranges and bananas ) and a variety of breakfast pastries. All of these items were replaced frequently during the breakfast period.
The workshop was located at the Frontier Middle School near the downtown area. The Inn is located just off the freeway and It was a very short drive to the school. We were not bothered by traffic noise during our stay. Their prices are very competitive with other facilities in the area. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone staying in the Moses Lake area.
Great Stay! They added a new wing with several kitchen units since we were there last. It’s very nice and as always the desk clerks are awesome. The breakfast is the same, more than enough, but the new eating area is much more spacious.
This is a great, reasonably-priced hotel! They added a new two story section within the year. The lobby is beautiful, and they added a larger breakfast room. They’re also adding a workout area. Both of the young men at the reception desk were very friendly, polite, and helpful. You really feel welcomed at this hotel. The breakfast provided plenty of quality food too. This is where I will always stay in Moses Lake!
Very nice, friendly staff, clean and quiet. We stayed one night at the Inn at Moses Lake on our way to Seattle. My mom had been to Moses lake in the 1960’s and wanted to see it again. The Inn at Moses Lake is clean, quiet and well situated, walking distance to Starbucks and a Bar and Grill.
“Best in Town & Pet Friendly” Better than the big brand hotels nearby. The rooms were immaculate – everything was fresh and clean! The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast room is brand new and there was plenty of standard breakfast fare and coffee. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.
“Big Thumbs Up!” We stayed here with friends on a motorbike trip and were really pleasantly surprised. This place has been newly renovated and it’s really nice. The rooms are fairly spacious – we had a king sized room – with full kitchens if you wanted to stay for a longer period of time. Nice bathrooms and the hot breakfast they serve is actually much nicer than most complimentary breakfasts. Waffle irons, breakfast sandwich bar, good coffee, fresh scrambled eggs, sausages & ham. The staff is really friendly and accommodating as well. Nothing bad to say at all about the Inn at Moses Lake. In fact even the location to restaurants & coffee shops and gas stations is perfect.. a big thumbs up for this place! We’ll be back.
An Excellent Place to Rest. We were traveling all day and decided to stop for the night. The desk clerk was very cheerful even though it was a little late in the evening. He made us feel very welcomed, which is nice when you’ve been traveling all day and tired. The room was quiet and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, we ate and got full before another full day of traveling.
Wonderful Find! Booked this room while on the road from Bozeman to Seattle. Plesently suprised. Greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk. Gave us great recommendation for dinner.Room was spacious and clean, concerned about noise from interstate but it was not an issue.Excellent place to stay and great value, we had a sitting area and kitchenette with refrigerator, great for longer stay.
Breakfast room was large with adequate breakfast food.
Great Hotel! This newly renovated hotel has all the amenities that one could ever want. Friendly staff, clean and remodeled rooms and great amenities. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Inn at Moses Lake. The staff was amazing with accommodating issues that arose i.e company cards authorizations and local attractions. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this hotel enough. Nathan who is a front desk clerk made our stay the easiest and most relaxing experience. I could not praise him enough. If you have any questions, Nathan is the man to ask. He was sincere, friendly and willing to help us in any way he can. If you stay at Moses Lake, you must stay at the Inn at Moses Lake.
The room was very spacious; the beds were comfortable and the towels large and fluffy. I don’t have a negative thing to say about our stay. Every member of the staff was personable and made us feel welcome and appreciated. When our even returns to Moses Lake again next February, we will definitely stay here again.
I need to travel to Moses Lake quite often and always stay here. The people are really nice, the building is clean, the rooms are always clean, the beds are great, and it’s at a great cost. I can never hear the nearby freeway which amazed me as it it’s really close.
“Worked Nicely For a Stay After a Concert, This place had clean rooms & friendly staff. We missed the free continental breakfast, but it was offered. Just 35 mins from The Gorge, right off the interstate. Many eateries close by & open late for concert goers. I would return & stay again if in the area. ”
“Caring and Compassionate, I have been taking regular trips to Moses Lake to see my father in a hospice center. The Inn at Moses Lake not only helped to make the trip financially capable but showed so much care and concern to me during my stay!!! They could have given me ANY room but they chose to give me what most folks would regard as the BEST room available!!! The room was large, clean, and fully stocked with everything i could need. Best of all were the beds! More comfy than my own at home. If you are considering at trip to Moses Lake… I would highly recommend The Inn @ Moses Lake… special thank you to Nona & Sherry :O) ”
“Great Stay, We ended up here on a Sunday morning after our truck broke down outside of Moses Lake. It had great reviews and the price was awesome! We arrived at 11:00am even though we knew it would be a long shot to check in. The woman, Alice, checked to see if a room was ready even though she could have said no. We got to our room, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, there were no smells and it was quiet! I also didn’t get a 830am knock from housekeeping and it was much appreciated. It shows the department actually pays attention. The woman who checked me out was super friendly too. Everyone had exceptional customer service. I’m big into customer service as I am a guest services manager at a hotel. I would stay here again if I were to stay in Moses Lake. Exceptional customer service gets me to come back more so than ammenities. Thank you for such a great stay!! ”
“Very Nice, Traveling from Idaho to Seattle we found all rooms booked at several hotels along the way (due to HS grad night) including those in Lake Moses. We checked in here on their last room and were very surprised by the high quality room. Very clean and comfortable, fluffy towels, good beds, quiet, nice breakfast, friendly front desk. ”
“Youth Convention, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean. It even smelled clean. The beds were new, along with the bedding and pillows. Microwave, fridge, flat screen tv, continental breakfast. Plenty of breakfast options. Waffles, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, cereal. No elevator. Stayed on the second floor. The staff assured me that they had 2 levels of insulation to reduce noise from highway and other rooms. I didn’t hear any noise all weekend. No noise from the halls or adjoining rooms. I am a really light sleeper, so this was very important. Staff was excellent. WiFi awesome. Housekeeping actually, really sanitized the bath mats (we saw them doing it). Ice available. Soda, popcorn and candy available for $1 @ the desk. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. ”
“Nice Clean Hotel, Stayed here for Baseball tournament clean room, comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, nice showers, nice breakfast. Easy to get to right off freeway exit 179 close to several restaurants, several fast food choices, gas, and baseball fields
“Great Place to Stay, This motel had lovely spacious rooms and was well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive to our every need. It was like staying in a good chain hotel but with personal attention. The breakfast was very good and there were gluten free options. ”
“Hidden Secret, Set among several other chain motels, it would be easy to overlook this property. It has no elevator, no pool and no high prices. It is very clean, very quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Reservations handled by phone were efficient. I received a confirmation by email. Check-in was friendly.
Our room was large, including a king-sized bed, a sleeper sofa, desk and chair, refrigerator and microwave, flat scree TV with numerous channels (and digital music as well), iron and ironing board. The bathroom included the toilet and tub / shower. The vanity was in the small entry hallway. The closet was out of the way. There was a lockbox on the closet floor.
The room was very clean and bedding was comfortable.
I did not have a need to try in-room Internet access, but did use the computer in the lobby to verify some information before a meeting. It was super fast.
Breakfast is served and included biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juices.
Given all of this, unless you need a swimming pool and an elevator, why stay elsewhere? This place has all the other same amenities for less cost. It will be my choice when I am in the area again.
“Snow Birds are Welcome at This Fine Property, We had phoned ahead and made a reservation. The desk person was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We asked for a recommendation for a restaurant and were directed to a nice Asian restaurant. In the morning we had a nice breakfast in their breakfast suite. Nothing was missing for a healthy breakfast. This property is close to the interstate so we had little trouble completing our journey north. We will probably stay again when we pass through in November. Very good value for the dollar. ”
“Comfortable, Clean and Quite. Glad we chose to stay here. This will now be our place to stay when we need a break on our way to Eastern Washington. The bed was super comfortable, the staff was very pleasant and we had a good time at breakfast visiting with the other guests! Thanks! ”
“Great Place To Relax After A Day Behind the Wheel. We had already booked this hotel when friends in Moses Lake told us to stay here. Good choice! Service at check-in was excellent, the room, a king which is what we normally request, was large with plenty of room including a pull out sofa. Although the hotel is near I-90 we did not notice any noise in our room – toward the north end. Pets were welcomed for a nominal charge of $10. There is a number of grassy areas around the hotel for our dog. We had stayed at other hotels in Moses Lake over the past 4-5 years but from now on this is where we will stay. ”
Friendly Welcoming Staff and Quite Atmospher Made for a Relaxing Stay on this Business Trip. The stay came with a free pass to a gym just under a mile away (must drive there though). Room was very pleasant. Older but quite clean and comfy. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining out and directions for getting around town. ”
Great Value and Comfort. After researching different hotels, we decided to go with the Inn at Moses Lake. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. This is definitely one of the nices hotels for the value that I’ve ever been in. Clean and upscale. Free wi-fi, breakfast, coffee all day, and on-site laundry etc. The beds were so comfortable that I want to get the brands/names so I can purchase for my bed at home. The heater/ac is a little loud, but I like white noise, so wasn’t an issue. This is a very quiet place with lots of local restaurants within minutes. I will definitely stay here again. ”
“Pleasant Surprise Indeed. I am a frequent traveler to Moses Lake and have stayed at five different hotels over the past couple of years. Some of them earn me loyalty points but after staying at this hotel, I am willing to give up my loyalty point to stay here! The gal at the front desk was a sweetheart. She even asked me if I wanted to see my room before giving her my credit card. This is a lost practice at most hotels any more. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress was relatively new and very comfortable. I slept well although I have back problems. Unfortunately, I did not eat breakfast but other guests in the hotel were impressed by it. The price was about $20 – $30 better than the competition for better amenities. Yep…I WILL be staying here again.”
“Very Nice Property! We arrived Christmas Evening and were greeted by a friendly desk clerk. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was nice. Definitely on the same level as the more expensive chains next door. When we went to leave, the manager was very helpful and held the door and brought the luggage cart back in for us. Would definitely stay here again!! “
“Clean and Friendly. I booked online for this Hotel and was very happy with my stay. I have a niece who lives in Moses Lake so like to drive over from the coast to visit. I usually stay at the Shilo but this will be my go to place from now on. Very Friendly front desk who must of been the owner as in the morning she also took care of the breakfast room. Hot waffles and asst other choices, clean. Rooms were clean, quite and beds were very comfortable. No elevator for second floor but I will be able to take my 90 year old mom and stay on ground level as its easy in and out without steps, secure, and plenty of parking close to doors. I am very picky about clean and this place passed with me. Its only rated two stars and Moses lake only has up to 3 stars, great price, friendly service and clean, what more could you ask for? I will be staying here from now on.Easy to find as its right off the freeway.
I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, ranging from 0 stars to 5 stars, this hotel stood up to any other, no there is no hot and cold running room service, but I found everything I wanted with in easy walking distance, and i mean easy walking distance. If I am in need of a room in the area again I will be back.
Easy to find. Easy access to freeway. A Great place.
“Quiet, Clean Rooms With Breakfast. There are a lot of me-too chain motels in Moses Lake, and at least 7 or 8 of them have had a lot of so-so to negative reviews. Not so the indepedent property of The Inn At Moses Lake. Although it is very close to the freeway, the rooms are very quiet, thanks to extra-thick insulation and triple- paned windows. Step outside and the noise and roar of the trucks is loud — step inside into your room and you don’t hear a thing. The rooms are of decent size, decorated nicely, with a microwave, coffee maker (coffee offered wasn’t very rich) and a small fridge. The room seemed very clean, with very clean, fresh smelling sheets and pillows. They offer the usual king and queen bedded rooms and ours was nicely firm enough and very comfortable. And the price for the rooms is reasonable.
The breakfast room is just behind the reception desk, and is on the small side, with just a few tables, so at certain times in the morning, it could tend to be very crowded. But they offered a nice selection of bisquits and pork gravy, pastries, a waffle machine, English muffins, bread for toasting, cereals, juices and coffee. In the main hall just outside the breakfast room, is a nice touch — a trolly stand with pumpers of hot water, regular coffee and decaf, which is much better than what is provided in the rooms.
It is just about perfect for the traveler just passsing through and staying one night
“Good, Clean and Friendly. You are made to feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. The rooms are clean and comfortable.Within easy reach of different places to eat.Good breakfast but the one drawback is the that the breakfast room is very small.I would recommend this hotel to anyone needs a place to stay when passing through Moses Lake. ”
“Clean, Quite, an Angel at the Front Desk. This is truly an oasis in the desert. Alice at the front desk was so very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us be comfortable during our stay. We also had access to the internet from the comfort of our room. The breakfast menu sounds fabulous; biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles……..We have a refrigerater, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. The beds are pillow top and ohhhhh, so comfy!! ”
