Inn At Moses Lake
Staff is friendly, making a last minute reservation was easy (talked to a real person!). They are pet friendly ($10), and have a nice pet walk area to walk about. For being next to I-90, the rooms are very quiet, and we didn’t notice the Interstate at all. Lots of food options around and it’s easy to find. The rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Breakfast was very tasty- great job!

Amazing staff. We started our travel across country for a move, and while traveling my boyfriends vehicle broke down. We ended up with 4 animals, 2 adults, and 1 child, who needed a place to stay in the middle of summer. And they were more than willing to accomodate us, even let us check out later when my mans vehicle wasnt done yet. We called one hotel before this who turned us away, so with that being said, Thank you so much to the staff at the inn, allowing us to have one less worry! You guys were amazing!!

This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in . it's very clean, the décor is up-to-date and elegant, the rooms are also very elegant and accommodating with a stove and oven. There were plates and bowls and silverware, cups, cooking pot, and we had to get a replacement coffee pot which was an individual Keurig machine . Will definitely go back to this when I go to visit my mother if I need to stay at a hotel!! I would recommend this place to any & everyone that asks.

Wonderful experience. The only hiccup was that our phones deactivated our room keys and we had to get a little help.
The rooms were super clean, the coffee was very good for a hotel, the continental breakfast was impressive and the crew was outstanding. Both mornings I came right at the end of the breakfast service and they asked if there was anything else I needed or wanted and even brought out extra food they had taken away already.
Their level of care and service truly made this one of the better hotel experiences of my life. Although it wasn't like going to a grand resort or a "five star hotel" I give them five stars because they truly understand that it is the guest that pays their wages and they were kind, friendly and respectful to the max without feeling fake or phony.

I was here for 2 months. My stay and experience was superb. The staff was super friendly. Birta at the front desk was awesome and super helpful and on top of things. Blake as well at night shift was awesome as well. Lisa and Janette from housekeeping were amazing and kept my room clean for me. 15/10 experience. Absolutely zero complaints. Also super pet friendly and they will definitely work with you.

Very clean and comfortable. Very happy with my stay. Just wish housekeeping would wait til 11 to start knocking on doors. She knocked and before I had time to answer she was unlocking the door. Inn At Moses Lake
Excellent for a family The hotel has very clean rooms, beds and shower. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is neat and very well maintained. Table and chair are rightly placed. A/C and fan works great. TV is also working as expected. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Overall a very satisfying and relaxing stay.

Excellent value & a cut above! Spent a night here on the return leg of a road trip as the pass was closed. Quick online search showed the Inn at Moses Lake as having glowing reviews & better rates than chain competitors. Lobby was warm & inviting and staff was friendly & professional. Top notch housekeeping. Can't be the location if you're just passing through. Stayed on the second floor in order to avoid pets & although we could see I-90 from our room, traffic noise wasn't an issue. Nice breakfast room & decent offerings, but it would be nice to have actual dish ware. That aside, I highly recommend the Inn at Moses Lake; it'll be my go-to if I find myself in town again. jplrk

All Great! I can't remember the last time I stayed at a place where there were no negatives! Everything was clean (Okay, one of the trash bins by the back door was full in the morning.), comfortable, the room was nice and the breakfast was very good. Why go anywhere else if I'm in Moses Lake?

Wonderful in every way!! The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable and all staff is friendly. But they excelled in meeting our needs when we had a medical emergency requiring an ambulance and a longer stay than originally scheduled. They met our needs quickly and allowed us to leave our dog unattended in the room while we were at the hospital. We were surprised when new staff came on shift and were aware of our situation and asked how we were doing. Outstanding service!! We can't say enough good about this hotel.

Highly Recommend This was a comfortable and welcoming place. Cozy beds, spotless room, and a real breakfast with eggs, sausages, oatmeal and toppings, biscuits and gravy and all other good things. The staff so kind. Dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!
